Yesterday I attended a press conference held at CitySquares customer, Model Ace Hardware in Allston. Mayor Menino was there to announce the city’s new Boston Buying Power initiative. Boston Buying Power is an energy buying group designed to allow small businesses to purchase energy at a long-term fixed price through access to the deregulated energy market.
