This is the Official CitySquares Company Blog and is meant to give the public a window into the company that is, well, CitySquares. All the people employed at CitySquares are contributors on this blog, some more than others.

CitySquares’ mission is to provide local, independent, neighborhood businesses with online exposure through a variety of products and services and ultimately drive business into their front doors. Local businesses are what make our neighborhoods unique and small businesses are what drive our economy at both a national level as well as a local level.

CitySquares Online, Inc. was founded in 2005 by friends and fellow entrepreneurs Ben Saren and Bob Leland. The company is located in Boston’s South End and currently employs fourteen full time staff.
